On behalf of your GSWGA Board of Directors, Callaway Gardens Resort, we welcome you to our 2022 Fall Team Tournament, October 10th through 12th.
We are excited about two days of golf and fellowship at beautiful Callaway Gardens with its resort amenities.
It will be fun-filled event playing the game we love with the friendliest group of ladies in Georgia!

Starting Times
Note that the starting times on the two courses will be staggered by 30 minutes. This will allow for a smoother flow due to the large field. The driving range, putting green and clubhouse facilities are shared by both the Lake View an Mountain View courses.
Live Scoring
Using the Golf Genius mobile app, a player in each group enters scores for the group. All players with the mobile app can view leaderboard in real time using GGID printed on your scorecard.
YOUR PAPER SCORECARD IS THE OFFICIAL SCORECARD even if you use Live Scoring. One member of your team is required to TURN IN YOUR SCORECARD at the Scoring Table to the GSWGA board member collecting scorecards. At this time, the team member will be asked to certify/sign the scorecard. Scorecard must be turned in before leaving course.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Practice rounds may be scheduled subject to availability from August 26th through October 10th. There are no restrictions on number of practice rounds available. Cost is $45 plus tax. Email cdannewitz@callawaygardens.com with names of players, preferred date and tee time. Minimum of 2 days in advance.

5:00 PM Cash Bar opens. Complimentary appetizers will be served.
5:00 – 5:45 PM Registration
6:00 PM Short Open Business Meeting, followed by Welcome Dinner in the ball room.

No outside food or beverages are permitted on the Callaway courses. Free bottled water will be provided on the course and in the cart prior to the round. On the Lake View course, there is no rotation to the clubhouse after 9 holes. Limited snacks are available after hole #10. Plan food accordingly. One beverage cart will cover both courses both days.

AWARDS PRESENTATION AND DOOR PRIZE DRAWING, IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING COMPLETION OF SECOND DAY PLAY, WILL BE HELD IN THE LONGLEAF BALL ROOM AT LODGE. COMPLIMENTARY SNACKS WILL BE AVAILABLE. PLAYERS CAN PURCHASE BEVERAGES IN THE BALLROOM.
